Curacao #635

Curacao is the largest island in the Netherlands Antilles, and like the other islands in the group, was granted full internal-affairs autonomy in 1954, however, the Netherlands is still responsible for its defense.
This letter I recieved from Velu, have a look at his nice blog: http://www.stampsofvelu.blogspot.com/
At the present situation he is on his voyage somewhere there in the high seas.
All the best, Velu!
